Warmer weather occured on Thursday with a slightly warmer air mass over the region but nevertheless there was a cool sea breeze.
Warmer conditions today with a hot air mass over the region,with the west coast trough moving inland from early afternoon bringing in a cooler sea breeze.Plenty of high clouds with moist air streaming in a subtropical jet stream aloft.Also the slight chance of elevated showers and thunderstorms ahead of an upper/middle level trough/disturbance,most likely in the northeast.
Then high pressure system likely lies to the south during the weekend leading to a somewhat east-southeasterly pressure gradient.
West coast deepens near the west coast again leading to a warm air mass over the region by Monday ahead of an upper/middle level disturbance/trough.
West coast trough then moves inland with slightly cooler air mass over the region.
