Warm conditions occurred today with hot air mass over the region, some high clouds also occurred streaming in a subtropical jet stream.

Then subropical high pressure ridge lies to the south during the weekend leading to a somewhat east-southeasterly pressure gradient.

Likely plenty of clouds on Saturday morning with a near saturated layer at around the 950 hPa level, clouds gradually clearing during the day.

South-southeasterly pressure gradient with the west coast trough inland bends with solar heating leading to a sea breeze.

West coast deepens near the west coast again leading to a warm air mass over the region by Monday.

West coast trough then moves inland with slightly cooler air mass over the region.
