It was a hot day on Monday with a maximum temperature of 33.1 Degrees Celsius at the Perth Metro station due to warm air advection with a west coast trough offshore.There were some middle and high level clouds as well ahead of an upper/middle level trough/disturbance.
With excellent radiational cooling temperatures dropped considerably at night.Temperatures likely rise back in the next few hours with an increase in dew points,cloud cover and wind.
A cold front moves through the region late on Tuesday night/early on Wednesday with a cold air mass over the region thereafter.
Further cold fronts are likely to move across the region next weekend.
