It was a relatively warm day on Sunday with warm air mass over the region as a west coast trough deepens near the west coast.

Hot conditions on Monday as a west coast trough deepens with warm air advection.Some middle and high level clouds though ahead of an upper/middle level trough/disturbance.The cloud cover possibly limits maximum temperatures.The west coast trough moves inland late Monday afternoon.

A cold front possibly moves through the region early on Wednesday with a weak ridge of high pressure over the region thereafter.Further cold fronts are likely to move across the region next weekend.
