The west coast trough lied inland today resulting in a southeasterly pressure gradient which "bent" with solar heating during the day resulting in a sea breeze.Much weaker than the summer counterpart though with reduced water-land temperature gradient.
Moist low level air advects over the region from the southeast overnight. This results in the formation of low level clouds east and over the Darling Scarp, advecting westwards likely resulting in a spectacular 'waterfall" katabatic effect down the slope of the hills.
Warm air advection with a west coast trough deepening near the west coast again from Sunday.
The west coast trough moves inland on Monday with typical late autumn weather from Tuesday as a colder air mass moves over the region with some cold air advection.
