A cold air mass lies over the region behind a cold front which moved across the region earlier today.

The slight chance of showers in the next few hours before contracting to the coast as a land breeze develops.

On Thursday land breeze convergence creates a line of showers offshore in the early hours and morning,anvil is to spread a little inland.

Radiational cooling of already cool air results in a chilly morning on Friday.Minimum temperatures could drop below 5 Degrees Celsius in hollow areas!

Warm conditions back by Saturday with a warm air mass over the region.

Another cold front moves over the region on Sunday.
