Unusually warm weather persists throughout the forecast period with the subtropical high pressure ridge to the south throughout the forecast period.
A smoke plume from a prescribed burn currently lies over the area,possible smoke near the surface in the next few hours and also possibly tomorrow.
A wet coast trough deepens near the west coast with a high pressure system entering the Great Australian Bight.This leads to considerable warm air advection leading to a warm Friday and Saturday.
