Typical winter conditions throughout the forecast period with the subtropical high pressure ridge to the north of the region.

Cold front brings showers,some heavy and possible thunderstorms in the early hours today.Further showers behind the cold front with enhanced shower activity late morning/around the middle of the day with a trough feature.Showers clear by late afternoon.


"Anticyclone gloom" affecting the region on Monday with possible light showers or drizzle,before a weak cold front likely brushes the region on Tuesday bringing a high chance of showers.
