With warm air mass over the region on Sunday,it was the warmest day of winter so far with a maximum temperature of 24.3 Degrees Celsius at the Perth Metro station.

A west coast trough strengthened early today with a weak low approaching the southwest of the state today,ahead of an upper/middle level disturbance.Plenty of middle level clouds,virga today,the chance of elevated showers and thunderstorms.Possibly warmer than yesterday,depending on cloud cover.

Plenty of low clouds from evening with the marine layer onshore.
