Perth experienced the wettest August in 50 years with 186.0 mm of rain so far!It was also the wettest winter month since June 2005 and the wettest winter in 15 years!

Subtropical high pressure ridge lies to the north throughout the forecast period,hence there is a chance of showers everyday of the next 7 days!

Tomorrow,possible showers from morning in the far southwest,elsewhere from afternoon as a westerly air stream establishes over the region.Can't rule out patches of fog in the early hours with excellent radiational cooling overnight.

The next cold front moves across the region on Tuesday,with a cold air mass over the region thereafter.
