The weak trough within the vicinity along with land breeze convergence offshore triggers some development of showers and possibly thunderstorms offshore overnight with the very slight chance of development over inland areas during the early afternoon, clearing thereafter with a ridge of high pressure building to the south.

Areas of fog today with radiational cooling of moist low level air with areas of fog already present at 12 AM.

A significant cold front moves over the region on Saturday with a cold and unstable air mass in its wake bringing showers and the possibility of thunderstorms depending on the depth of the instability.
