7 day weather forecast

Effective as of 4:00 AM Saturday May 8 2021

Explanatory notes:

With the subtropical high pressure ridge slightly to the south, fine conditions.

The slight chance of fog and mist early on Saturday and Sunday with radiational cooling of cool, moist air.

Warmer afternoons early next week with warm air advection as the high moves into the Great Australian Bight.

A cold front likely moves over the region from the south on Wednesday bringing a colder air mass over the region with a strong high pressure system, building to the southwest leading to breezy east-southeasterly winds thereafter. Still some uncertainty on the details this far out.
