Explanatory notes:
Hot with the hot air mass over the region, however, afternoon sea breezes with the west coast trough inland.
Easterly gradient strengthening later on Monday with the west coast trough deepening with hot air advection leading to hotter conditions on Tuesday and Wednesday and the sea breeze likely being suppressed on Tuesday. The chance of elevated convection from Tuesday evening into Wednesday ahead of an upper level trough, maximum temperatures on Wednesday dependent upon the cloud cover/precipitation, if conditions remain mostly sunny and the west coast trough remains offshore, maximum temperatures could be even higher.
The most likely scenario is for cooler conditions to develop from Thursday as the west coast trough moves inland.
