Effective as of 4:00 AM Monday June 7 2021
Explanatory notes:
The tropical low near the Christmas and Cocos Islands likely evolves into a subtropical low pressure system as it gets caught ahead of an upper level trough and lies to the west of Perth towards the middle of the working week bringing showers and possible thunderstorms and also possible gusty winds and raised dust but still some uncertainty this far out.
Thereafter, showery conditions likely persist through the end of the forecast period with generally onshore flow with embedded troughs and cold fronts but some uncertainty on the details this far out.
