Explanatory notes:



The marine layer lies over the region bringing plenty of low clouds, decreasing in coverage and increasing in height following solar heating.

Also the possibility of fog early today, most likely over the hills in the form of low clouds if the cloud base is sufficiently low.

The possibility of fog again early on Wednesday with cloud cover being a limiting factor and also fog chances possibly decreasing nearer to sunrise with the arrival of drier east-southeasterly winds.
