Explanatory notes:



The west coast trough moved inland early today bringing the marine layer onshore. Some low clouds overnight and tomorrow continuing into Wednesday with the marine layer with also the possibility of fog early (most likely over the hills as low cloud on Tuesday).

Showers possible on Thursday and Friday with also the slight chance of thunderstorms on Thursday afternoon ahead of an upper level trough, though still some uncertainty on the precise conditions.
