Explanatory notes:

Fine conditions with afternoon sea breezes this weekend with the subtropical high pressure ridge to the south and west coast trough to the east. Some stratocumulus clouds today clearing to the east during the afternoon as the sea breeze front moves inland. Tomorrow some high and middle level clouds ahead of an upper level trough.A strong sea breeze is likely as the southeasterly pressure gradient "bends" with solar heating.

Some rain, shower and thunderstorm activity possible next week ahead of an upper level trough but still plenty of uncertainty on the details with variation between model and model ensembles.
